Domestic shipping is $7.50 for the first item and $3.00 for each additional item shipped in the same box. This includes double-boxing to prevent damage and delivery confirmation. Shipping of adult size bridal capes is $21.50 within the U.S. Capes and veils cannot be bundled with tiaras.

If you live in an apartment building, we will also purchase the signature confirmation sticker at our expense to prevent thefts that have occurred when the postman leaves the package at an apartment. We cannot waive this requirement. Shipments outside the US are sent by First Class Mail International, which may take up to 14 days. Shipments to Canada can take as long as four weeks, depending on how long the package sits in Canadian customs.

All U.S. states, U.S. possessions, and U.S. military bases are domestic shipping: $7.50 for the first item, $3.00 for each additional item shipped in the same box.

We do not guarantee shipping to foreign countries. If we use First Class Mail International, the package is handed off to a foreign country within 48 hours, but delivery depends on your own customs authority and your own mail delivery system. We cannot trace a package once it is handed off to your country. We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost by the mail carriers in a foreign country or for any taxes or tariffs.

We currently ship to the following countries only. If your country is not on this list, please email us before ordering from our website. Shipping a tiara or jewelry set to the following countries is a flat rate $13.00 US for the first item and $3.00 US for each additional item shipped in the same box. Shipping a cape is $41.50 for flat rate shipping. We will not mark a package "gift" in order to help you evade customs duties.

If you are not on this list, please email us and give us the opportunity to look into shipping to your location! Any charge card may be used through Paypal, but there are many countries that the charge card companies simply will not allow us to process.

Canadian customers, please read!--All shipments to Canada require insurance to be purchased. We have noticed that this is the only country where shipments are seriously delayed after the package is handed off to one of your postal services. Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery. All other countries allow at least 14 days for delivery.

The cost of Express Mail to all U.S. locations (except APO numbers) is $24.50 (new postal rates go into effect May 14, 2007) for the first item and $3.00 for each additional item shipped in the same carton. We have found that in reality, Express Mail will be next-day in some cases, and 2nd day in some others, depending on your location. This is due to cut-backs in air service to all carriers.

Special note to PayPal members: If a PayPal member changes their address on their account, they will need to remove the old address from the system otherwise it may show up in the payment check out - at which time it will show the customer which address PayPal is providing us and gives the customer an option to switch it to another address.

If this information is not changed before the payment is finalized, Paypal often gives us an outdated or incorrect shipping address. Customers need to remove any old/outdated information from their account and repay with the correct address. We rely on our customers to provide us with the correct address or immediately contact us before a order has been shipped out.
